Jetthe Fabioola Wormland undervisning hösten 2018
Feeding Your Demons fredag 19-21.00, lördag 10-17.00
Fredag är introduktion och öppet för alla - men obligatoriskt för de som vill delta under lördagen
During this in-city retreat you will explore how meeting difficult emotions and patterns - your inner demons - with kindness and love, transforms them into resources for you to have in everyday life
Your also have the opportunity to taste the Secret Fruit of this practice as it naturally leads you to rest in the Nature of Mind; the open and non-judgmental presence.
The process is playful and interactive, shifting between meditation, movement, creative expression and dialogue.
Feeding your Demons is of great benefit when working with a wide variety of personal issues including anxiety, depression, addictions, chronic pain, fear, anger, and relationship challenges.
Jung calls that which we do not want to see in our selves the shadow.
Oftentimes the shadow has taken control, when we get drawn in by difficult emotions and act out, saying or doing things, that we later regret.
Joy, balance and peace in life requires that you welcome all parts of your self.
Both that which you like in yourself and what you would rather be without.
The art of feeding your demons builds on the radical notion that in order to heal and develop, we have to meet the shadow – the inner demons – with compassion and understanding instead of fighting them.
It’s a remarkable method to transform difficult emotions, obstructive patterns and physical disease.
The practice was developed by Lama Tsultrim Allione, inspired by the ancient practice of Chöd from the 11th Century Tibetan teacher Machig Labdron and C.G. Jung’s analytical psychology.
